Has the January 2008 Visa Bulletin been released?
Yes it has, and it says that the employment-based based 1st category has green card numbers available for all countries. The employment-based 2nd category has green card numbers available for all countries except China and India. The employment-based 3rd category has green card numbers available for persons with priority dates of 10/15/2002 and earlier for all countries except China, India, and Mexico.
